📚Stop trying to study for hours at a time without breaks. Your brain retains information better when you study in focused blocks with short pauses in between.

Try this:
➡️ 45 minutes focused study
➡️ 10–15 minute break
➡️ Repeat as needed

Use your break to stretch, pray, refill your water, or step away from screens for a few minutes. Consistency and focus will take you further than burnout ever will.

To the ones who serve when you’re tired, unnoticed, and stretched thin.

God sees it all. Every small act of faithfulness matters more than you think. The way you serve is shaping lives, building the Church, and honoring Him in ways that often go unseen.
