Today, the gardens serve as a peaceful retreat in the midst of the UF campus - a nice, quiet setting in which to take your lunch break or a short walk. We’re excited to be part of Cancer Chomp 2026! Join us this Saturday, October 17, from 8–11 a.m. at the UF Cancer & Genetics Research Complex in Gainesville for the 5th Annual Cancer Chomp! This free, family-friendly event includes a 5K run/walk, Kid Zone, mini horses, community organizations, UF Health resources, the Gator Band and more.
