Join us tomorrow, November 8th, for a very exciting GBM with guest speakers Bill and Carol Moss! This event is open to all students and we hope to see you there. Read below for more information about our guest speakers.

Bill Moss has over 30 years of leadership and management experience, largely focused in the oil and gas industry. He received both his Bachelor and Master degrees in finance from the University of Florida. Bill’s work included extensive US and International assignments, including the Middle East.

Carol Moss, RN/MBA, is a leader in the healthcare field with a passion for inspiring teams, improving performance and enhancing quality and customer service. As an entrepreneur, Carol has run her own consulting companies with a varied assortment of domestic and international clients and in the areas of leadership, strategy, operations improvement and education and training.

🌟Jakob🌟
“Hi, I’m Jakob Groessing, a 21 year old exchange student from the Vienna University of Business and Economics (WU) in Austria. I love traveling, meeting new people and scuba diving. Also, I love wintersports, especially skiing and snowboarding.My favorite events so far have been going to the paintball ranch and the beach trip to St. Augustine.

I’m so glad for the opportunity to meet all the great guides and members of GBS. It’s those people who make GBS such a special organization. Every university definitely needs a GBS!”

🌟Thang🌟
“Hello, my name is Thang Le. I am originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and I moved to the U.S. when I was 13 years old. I am currently a junior majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Management. Ever since I came to UF, I have always wanted to meet other exchange or international students because my friends in other universities were able to form their international friend group. It was not until I switched my major to Business that I was able to learn about GBS, where I would able to learn about different cultures and diverse perspectives around the world! Even though this is only my first semester with GBS, I enjoyed every event and am trying to go to as many events as possible. Out of all the events I have been to, the most memorable event with GBS would probably be the Spring. However, I am still looking forward for more interesting events! Lastly, my hobbies nowadays are working out, traveling, and doing spontaneous activities with people around me. I hope that GBS will allow me to create more meaningful memories in UF.”
