Worn shaft? That doesn’t always mean replace it.

This bearing seat area had seen better days, but instead of replacing the shaft, the damaged area was rebuilt using Belzona 1111 (Super Metal).

Belzona 1111 is designed for metal repair and resurfacing and can be used to repair damaged shafts, rebuild worn areas, and restore surfaces back to the required profile. It can also be machined with conventional tools after curing.
Sometimes the smartest repair is giving the equipment you already have a second life.

A leaking bathroom can become a much bigger problem when the water starts showing up on the floor below. 💧

At a hospital in Tennessee, one of our trusted business partners replaced the flooring in a patient bathroom and shower after leaks became an issue.

The repair included Belzona 4131 as a primer and Belzona 4111 to create a durable epoxy cove base, helping seal the problem areas and provide a seamless transition between the floor and walls.

The result? Leaks sealed, bathroom restored, and a happy customer. 🙌

It’s a great example of how the right repair system can solve the immediate problem while helping protect the facility moving forward.

Concrete damage doesn’t always happen in convenient places.

Cracked edges, spalled concrete, damaged columns, lintels, archways and overhead surfaces can be especially challenging to repair.

That’s where Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) comes in.

This lightweight epoxy repair composite is designed for vertical and overhead concrete and masonry repairs, allowing damaged areas to be rebuilt without traditional shuttering or complicated equipment. It bonds to concrete, brick, marble and stone—and can even be feather-edged and tinted to better match the existing surface.

From weathered concrete to damaged architectural details, sometimes the solution is simply to rebuild what’s already there.

Belzona 6111 (Liquid Anode) is a zinc-rich epoxy coating designed to provide long-term corrosion protection for metallic surfaces in industrial and marine environments.

What makes it stand out? The dry film contains at least 90% high-purity zinc dust, providing cathodic protection and helping prevent rust creep if the coating becomes damaged.

And application is refreshingly straightforward — brush it or spray it, and it cures at room temperature with no hot work required.
