The future of our chapter is in your hands! 🗳️🐊
Our final General Body Meeting of the semester is the most important one yet: The Elections GBM. This is where we select the next Executive Board to lead the University of Florida’s chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers.
This is a professional space—we expect all members to come prepared, respectful, and ready to engage as we shape the year ahead.
What to Expect:
✨ The Flow: We’ll start with a standard meeting before transitioning into official election proceedings.
📜 The Rules: We will be strictly following Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure a fair and organized process.
📢 The Candidates: Each candidate will present their vision for the role. Afterward, they’ll step out of the room while the General Body deliberates on pros, cons, and future impact.
🗳️ The Vote: Once all presentations and discussions for the night are finished, we’ll cast digital ballots.
