Dr. Daneshvari R. Solanki was selected by TSA as the 2017 Distinguished Service Awardee.
Dr. Solanki enjoys teaching and has had a long, satisfying career spanning 39 years at UTMB.
The Department of Anesthesiology at UTMB also honored Dr. Solanki for training more than "500 residents and 50 pain fellows" over the years.
She retired on March 31st of this year to begin the next chapter in her life.
