As a pediatric ear, nose and throat specialist and professor of otolaryngology at UTMB Health, Dr. Harold Pine relies on precision, preparation and teamwork to care for his young patients. Those same qualities have helped him climb some of the world's highest peaks.

Recently, Dr. Pine combined his passion for mountaineering with his medical expertise during a volunteer medical mission near Mount Everest, providing care and support to climbers navigating the challenges of high altitude.

Whether in the operating room or on the mountain, Dr. Pine's commitment to helping others reach their goals remains constant.
