Adelphi University Mentoring Program Mentors are well equipped to help mentees successfully navigate college life.

Open to all students, the Adelphi University Mentoring Program supports the academic, social and professional development of students of color, Veterans and LGBTQ students at any phase of their undergraduate career. The office skillfully pairs students with
mentors who will guide and nurture them to help ensure their collegiate success. Through training, structured group activities and ongoing con

versations, mentors will be well equipped to help mentees successfully navigate their college careers and to help
guide their decisions, assisting with retention and graduation.
