The Specialty Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show is less than two weeks away and this year, our CoE team is bringing 10 of our member companies to exhibit with us at the show - our biggest group ever!

The Specialty Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show is less than two weeks away and this year, our CoE team is bringing 10 of our member companies to exhibit with us at the show - our biggest group ever!

First up is Moka Energy, makers of a first-of-their-kind coffee energy bars that pack the flavor and boost of real coffee into a portable bar. Each bar contains 90mg of caffeine - equivalent to one cup of coffee per serving – along with nine grams of fiber and only six grams of sugar. The bars launched in three flavors: Dark Roast Coffee, Caramel Cappuccino, and Vanilla Latte.

There's still time to register for our two upcoming Cornell Food Connections workshops!

Join our Cornell Food Venture Center colleagues and us on June 3 at the Western NY Welcome Center or June 8 at The Commissary in Rochester for a day-long workshop devoted to helping early-stage food and beverage entrepreneurs launch their businesses and bring new products to market.

The $25 program fee includes lunch and all the supplies needed for the workshop.
