Nearly all HWS students take advantage of the generous wellness and recreation programs on campus. With dozens of fitness classes and club sports, there are countless chances to work out, have fun or compete. The HWS Wellness Program is located in Bristol Field House and emphasizes eating a healthy diet, exercising moderately and practicing various relaxation techniques to improve your lifestyle.

The Field House is home to a fitness center, indoor track, athletic courts and group exercise rooms. Various fitness and wellness related programs and contests, group exercise classes, and other activities are offered routinely. Related physical education class offerings include fitness, CPR and first aid, and total body conditioning.
