A historic day for the William G. Rohrer College of Business 💼📈

Thanks to a transformational $10 million commitment from Edelman Financial Engines, Rowan University is proud to launch the new School of Financial Planning.

Beginning Fall 2026, students will be able to pursue a minor in Financial Planning, with major and master’s degree programs to follow shortly after.

This past Friday, Rowan University’s AMA Chapter hosted a Regional Conference, and it was a tremendous success.

The event brought together students, alumni, professors from surrounding universities, and industry professionals for a day of insightful conversations, meaningful networking, and professional growth. It was a great example of how collaborative experiences across campuses can create impactful learning opportunities beyond the classroom.

Keynote speakers included Brian Papson, VP of Marketing for the Philadelphia Eagles, and Jonathon Todd, Director of Social Impact for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Philadelphia, who shared valuable insights and experiences from their work in the sports and marketing industries.

Thank you to everyone who attended, as well as the alumni and sponsors whose support and expertise helped make this event possible.

The College of Business is proud to support opportunities like this that empower students and strengthen our professional community. We look forward to seeing this momentum continue.

Leveling up in the Windy City 📈💼

Over spring break, students from the Rowan University College of Business traveled to Chicago for the American Marketing Association International Collegiate Conference, joining 1,900+ students from 300+ chapters across the country.

Our Rowan AMA chapter showed up strong, earning recognition as Outstanding in THREE AMA Chapter Principles while competing in events ranging from Sales and Digital Marketing to Marketing Strategy and more! 🏆

From competitions and career fairs to workshops and networking, our students gained real world experience and brought back new skills, insights, and inspiration.

We are so proud of our students for representing Rowan on a national stage!
