College of Business Students,

The Financial Management Association (FMA) will be having its third meeting of the spring semester this Wednesday February 27th. The meeting will take place at 5:00pm in Bunce room 106. Our guest speaker, Elizabeth Graixinha, Manager at Fulton Bank of New Jersey will be talking about banking, financial markets, products and services, and much more. Fulton Bank of New Jersey is a full service bank that provides a wide range of financial services. Please join us to hear what Fulton Bank of New Jersey has to say!

Pizza and refreshments will be served! It is never too late to become involved with the FMA.

REMINDER!! The Financial Management Association will be having its second meeting of the semester. The meeting will take place this Wednesday February 13th from 5:00pm-6:00pm in Bunce Room 106. We will be having our 2013-2014 officer elections at the upcoming meeting. The following officer positions are available:
President
Vice President
Treasurer/ VP of Fundraising
Secretary
Vice President of Career Development/ Event Planning
Vice President of Portfolio Management
Vice President of Membership and Publicity
SGA Senator/ BOBA Representative

All that is needed for a student to run for an officer position is to give a brief 1-3 minute speech of how they qualify for the position. I encourage everyone to run for a position! Being an officer of a club is a great way to gain leadership, networking, and team-working skills.

Rohrer College of Business Students,

The Financial Management Association will be having its final meeting of the fall semester, tomorrow Wednesday December 12th in Bunce Hall Room 105 from 5:00pm-6:00pm. We will be having student guest speakers from the ISA study abroad program to present international studies and how it relates to business. We will also be discussing a summary of events for the past semester as well as for the upcoming spring semester. It is never too late to start attending FMA meetings!

Pizza and refreshments will be served. I hope to see you all there!

We will be having a fundraiser at Samurai Sushi and Hibachi in Glassboro (next to Nick's pizza and McDonalds) this Sunday December 9th from 12-3pm. Tell your friends about the fundraiser, all you need to do is tell Samurai that you are here for the FMA fundraiser and we will get a percentage for our club! I will be there with several other officers and members so please try to be there if you can. If there is anyone that needs a ride let me know, it will be a fun end of the semester event!

I hope to see you all on Sunday and Wednesday at our fundraiser and meeting. Good luck during all of your finals!

As the semester is coming to an end, I would like to give you all an update of events within FMA. We will be having our last meeting for the semester on this upcoming Wednesday December 12th, same time and location. We are also selling Hurricane Sandy Relief wristbands along with other college of business clubs. If you would like to purchase a wristband or help sell them please let me know, we need your help!

The Financial Management Association will be having a meeting this upcoming Wednesday, November 7th. The meeting will run from 5:00pm-6:00pm in Bunce Hall Room 105. We will be having a guest speaker, Mr. Paul Braungart, President and founder of Regional Capital Group. He will be speaking about his company, Regional Capital Group, which specializes in direct real estate lending and investing and also giving insight within the financial sector.
