Thank you all for coming to Pink Goes Red 🩷 hosted by the Omicron Gamma Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated® in partnership with GenNext.

With your help we collected over 500 items for seniors and children in Anne Arundel County! We could not have achieved this without each and everyone of you.

We hope you enjoyed learning some new line dances and that now you are fully equipped with all the knowledge to kill at cookouts and parties this spring and summer.

Day 2 at the North Atlantic Regional Conference of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® was a powerful reminder of why we do this work. 💗💚

✨ We proudly celebrated a member graduating from the Ruth C. Easley Leadership Institute — a moment that reflects excellence and intentional growth.

✨ We strengthened bonds during fellowship at lunch, sharing laughter and sisterly connection.

✨ Our new members gathered at the New Member Meet Up, stepping confidently into their leadership journey.

💚💗 MLK Day of Service | We Are One 💗💚

In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® invites our sorors to come together in unity, service, and sisterhood.

We warmly welcome inactive and general members to join us alongside The Glen Burnie Pearls of Service, Inc. and our collaborating chapters for a morning of meaningful service and connection. This is an opportunity to meet our chapters, serve our community, and strengthen the bonds that unite us as women of Alpha Kappa Alpha.

We will be collecting winter essentials, toiletries, and food pantry items to support families across Anne Arundel County. Your presence, your heart, and your service matter.

The Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Omicron Gamma Omega Chapter, invite you to a free Electronic Waste/Recycling drop off event on Saturday, December 6, 2025, 1:30 p.m - 2:30 p.m. at Hall United Methodist Church in Glen Burnie. Pack up that old PC and flip phone to be securely recycled or disposed of by Priority 1 Shredding. See you there, and please see our flyer for pertinent details regarding acceptable items.

Join us in our Each One, Plant One Challenge! It’s easy! All you have to do is to plant a tree of your choice in your yard, your neighbor’s yard, a relative’s yard, etc. We request that you document your planting event with video or still photos and submit to:
