Our IT3 10th graders are reading up on the impacts to our local economy from the Suez Canal incident. Its great to see them realizing the connections between incidents on the other side of the globe and their local community.

While everyone is breathing a sigh of relief that the grounded vessel has been refloated and Suez traffic is moving again, there is much concern about the impacts on shipping in the near and intermediate-term. https://bit.ly/3m6hPNE

Today at Brooklyn Park Middle School.

UPDATE: We are deeply saddened that we had to turn so many cars away at the end of our event, but very happy to have served 308 families and 1,047 individuals on the day! Way to go BP Middle!!!

Please help us spread the word. We will be distributing tomorrow at Brooklyn Park Middle School starting around 4:30. Volunteers, we will arrive around 3:00, and begin prep work as soon as the buses have left the area of set-up. We will require more volunteers for this event because we have less set-up time. Please consider helping out if you can spare some time, and please help spread the word throughout the North County cluster!! We served over 300 families and 1,200 individuals at our last event at this school.
