Science in action! 🧫🔬

It was inspiring to see this summer's undergraduate researchers in biology & biotechnology present the results of their incredible work. After just five weeks of research and only three days to design their posters, students from Dr. Shelley Thai's Biology 298 (Undergraduate Research in Microbiology and Molecular Biology), Biology 49 (Biology Independent Study), and Biology 50 (Internship in Biological Sciences) courses filled the Student Center with innovative microbiology research and exciting discoveries.

A big congratulations to our student researchers for their hard work, curiosity, and dedication. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the next generation of scientists! 👏✨

From June 22–30, student musicians from Glendale Community College's Concert Singers and Symphony of the Verdugos embarked on an unforgettable concert tour through Vienna and Prague. 🇦🇹🎻🇨🇿

Led by Dr. Peter Green and Dr. Paul Sherman, and supported by the Glendale College Foundation, these dedicated students performed in historic concert halls, explored iconic musical landmarks, and immersed themselves in the rich cultural traditions that have inspired musicians for centuries.
