Two days, two different courses, and two creative ways to learn in our dental assisting program!

Tuesday in Radiology, students put themselves in order to trace the steps of x-ray production, from electricity at the wall to the beam interacting with the patient.⚡️🩻

Today in Orofacial Anatomy, they’re carving teeth out of soap to bring tooth anatomy to life! Last week we studied incisors and canines, and this week we’re tackling premolars and molars.

Teamwork, attention to detail, and a little creativity make these lessons stick!🧼🦷

We were thrilled to welcome back Jesse Lorton, RDH from Waterpik to DH Seminar III! She shared valuable insights on the benefits of Waterpik products—especially when it comes to dental implant maintenance and helping patients keep their smiles healthy.

Thank you, Jesse, for the engaging presentation and for giving our students practical tools they can use to better educate and support their current and future patients! 🦷💧
