Come join our team as an Assistant Director of Residential Life!

Join our dynamic, fun, and close-knit team! We're looking for an Assistant Director of Residential Life to help shape student experiences and lead impactful residential programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise & Lead: Oversee 3-4 Resident Directors.
Train & Develop: Lead staff training programs, manage team selection, and foster professional growth.
Support Student Development: Implement a co-curricular Learning Initiative, promoting inclusive and engaged residential communities.
Administrative & Crisis Management: Handle housing policies, support retention goals, and respond to emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.

Full-Time, 12-month (some nights/weekends)
Participates in an admin on-call rotation
$55,000 annual salary
Required: Master’s degree in student affairs (or related field) with 2+ years of experience OR equivalent experience.
