Dr. Owen Smith was the keynote speaker at the Nurses Christian Fellowship International (NCFI) Caribbean and North American (CANA) regional conference in Toronto, Canada. The theme of the conference was "Building and Maintaining Resilience." He presented on "Vulnerability-Informed C.A.R.E. as a Model and Pathway to Resilience and Service."
It was great to see a former student, EliAnna Bermudez '26 also attended the conference.
