Some accomplishments don't happen overnight.
Dr. Brad Bechard, director of Great Falls College's Physical Therapist Assistant program, recently achieved a milestone more than a decade in the making when his research was published in a peer-reviewed journal.
After an initial setback, years of revision and even working on final edits during cancer treatment this summer, Bechard saw his research cross the finish line. The study explores ground reaction forces, the pressure placed on the body during activities such as walking, jumping and running.
His story is a powerful reminder that persistence, growth and lifelong learning can lead to remarkable accomplishments.
