Life isn’t always tailwinds and happy landings, sometimes you need to be prepared for the worst. Coming this May, we will once again be hosting our annual safety symposium on Auraria Campus.

With a notable list of speakers and presenters we are honored to welcome all these individuals to help prevent accidents and save lives in all aspects of aviation.

This will be one of our best events of the year with untold benefits for all aviation students and professionals.

Please show up and represent yourself professionally as this reflects directly on our chapter and our reputation at Sigma Phi.

It’s that time of the year again! Alpha Eta Rho’s 2026 Collegiate Aviation Symposium is happening from February 22-24th in Columbus, Ohio

What can I do to prepare?

Next week there will be an information session regarding the symposium on Thursday 1/15. This will be a great opportunity to learn about what to expect and how to plan for it.

If you plan on attending, get your tickets now🎟️

AHP Active member tickets will be $130 until prices rise 1/16

Just over a week ago we had our Mandatory Meeting. During this time we were able to wing our newest members! We would like to congratulate them on becoming members of the only aviation fraternity in the nation. We also held elections, and would like to congratulate those listed below on their new officer positions for 2024-2025.

Howdy,

Our MANDATORY chapter winging ceremony will be on April 26th @ 7 pm. We are required to have one mandatory meeting a year. This will also be the voting date for officer positions and proposed bylaw changes. Absences must be discussed PRIOR and fall under the FEW (Flying, Emergency, Working) guidelines.

It will be held in room 640 in the Tivoli, and we ask that you dress up for the occasion (business professional).

New members will receive their wings, certificate, challenge coin, and card.

If you would like to run for office, please DM leadership in groupme for more details, as all positions are available for anyone in good standing to run for.

If you have any bylaw change proposals, please submit them to leadership ASAP. Bylaw changes not submitted before the meeting will not be voted upon.
