Students should check their BearMail for more information. HRE will be tabling at the UC on February 4th from 11:30a.m. to 1:30p.m. if you want to stop by and ask questions.

Currently living on campus and want to return next year? The Call Dibs process is under way.

Claim Your Same Space starts on February 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. and goes through 11:59 p.m. on February 8, 2024. Eligible students will receive an e-mail on how to complete the process before the process opens to their BearMail.

Claim a Different Space starts on February 15, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. More information will come to current student's BearMail.

Housing and Residential Education Main Office will be open December 11th - 15th & 18th - 22nd from 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Mesa Neighborhood, Arlington Park, and Ridge Front Desk will be open 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily. They will be closed December 24th, 25th, and January 1st.

Basin Neighborhood Front Desk is closed and will reopen on January 5th at 8 a.m. Basin residents please visit the Ridge Front Desk.

Dining Halls at Holmes and Tobey-Kendel will remain closed for Thanksgiving Break (22nd - 26th November). Please make sure to order your meal boxes if you are planning to stay on campus during those days. Fill out the form https://forms.office.com/r/9phAgSbac2 or submit a physical copy at any of our retail locations/dining halls to the managers.

Check-In Tips for The Mesa Neighborhood:

-Brown Hall, Luján Hall, Dickeson Hall, Bond Hall: You will enter through the main entrance of Brown Hall or through Luján Hall on the north side down the accessible ramp from Z Lot.
-Hansen-Willis Hall: You will enter the main entrance doors on the east side of the building from T Lot.
-Belford Hall, Gordon Hall, Wiebking Hall, Trotter House: You will walk up from Q Lot or T Lot to either the southeast main front doors or the southwest main front doors to check in at Wiebking Hall.
