Delta Sigma Phi ZK at UNCO

Delta Sigma Phi ZK at UNCO Better Men. Better Lives. For more than a century, Delta Sigma Phi has helped young men become better leaders and better citizens.

Brotherhood is a lifetime commitment to living our core values: Culture, Harmony, and Friendship. Our intention is not merely to develop a strong fraternity, but in addition, to challenge our members to make a difference in their communities and their world. Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity was founded on diversity and commitment to building better men. Our chapter at The University of Northern Colorado

is no different, our brotherhood includes men from all walks of life who come to together and share one goal: “Better Men, Better Lives.” We strive to excel in every aspect of college life so that our ultimate goal of living a better life continues far beyond our college years. We take pride in our campus and community as we participate in: community service, philanthropy, campus leadership, intramural sports, fund raising, school spirit, Greek Unity and much more. As Delta Sig's we are capable of giving more, doing more, and being more.

We've already had a blast with the last two days of events! Thanks to everyone that has shown up or bought shirts. We sometimes get so caught up in the events, that we forget why we are here. We started a GoFundMe campaign along side our events so people from all sides of our world could participate. These dogs change the lives of the families they're brought into, all we are asking is for some generosity so we can ensure these dogs all have a future. Every little bit helps. thank you all and together we will truly make a difference.

Delta Sigma Phi fraternity is raising money to help a local non-profit dog shelter in Windsor Co. Big Bones Canine Rescue is the dog shelter that we will be raising $5500 for in 1 week. This organization is important to us because of the values they hold and the support they show to the Northern...

Come to our events Monday-Friday, eat at Texas Roadhouse Monday and Tuesday or get gift cards for a percent going to Big Bones, donate to our GoFundMe, buy a shirt or just tell people about it. However you get involved you’ll be helping save the lives of dogs and the people that adopt them. If you’d like more information please feel free to comment or send a direct message! Our brothers continue to amaze us. Alex Ayres is wrapping up Advanced camp that every cadet must complete to be commissioned as a second lieutenant in the US Army. Training including 21 days of light infantry missions in the field, and 10 days of land navigation, marksmanship, and weapons familiarization. He was lucky to have already received my future assignment with the 157th Artillery Regiment in the Colorado National Guard.

We are extremely proud of Alex and many of the other brothers serving our great country. Thank you for your service boys!

Brother update: sometimes we must play like children, before we can learn the most important lessons of adult life. Our brothers Sahel Negash and Jason Durnil spent a week doing just that. These men have returned from spending a week with 60 of the most up and coming leaders in Delta Sigma Phi. Delta Sigma Phi hosts a leadership institute annually focusing on developing the leadership skills of our most driven members. It is an honor to have not one but two brothers there as we try to learn skills that’ll help us convince the world of the sincerity of our purpose. We are very proud of Jason and Sahel. Great work fellas, can’t wait to see what you do next!

Everyday we challenge our men to be better. One of our members, Collin, and his group Collide Vocals is doing some amazing things with their beautiful voices. Please support their group and the causes they raise awareness for.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

We were so touched by all the friends and family that came out to Jives last night to support us. Not only did we have a lot of fun, we also raised good money for su***de prevention charities. Because of your support, we’re also much closer to our goal of getting to LA next week!!

Big thank you to Jives for letting us use your beautiful venue, Dawn Wisdom for making it all possible by running our sound, and of course all of you for coming out! Hopefully we’ll see you all again very soon!
