We are happy to introduce our fourth member of the DePauw University Page and Narda Cotton Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2026: Ali (Murtaugh) Harris!
Ali was a member of the women’s golf team at DePauw and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science.
During her time at DePauw, Ali earned 3 All-American honors, including one second team honor and two honorable mentions. She helped lead the women’s golf team to two national second place finishes and two national third place finishes, and shot 303 in 2008’s D3 Championship, which led her to a sixth place tie. Ali’s career stroke average of 80.59 is ninth in program history, and was 2nd at the time of her graduation. Ali was also one of 15 student-athletes who were named to the SCAC's 30th anniversary women's golf team in 2020, and in 2008, Ali was a representative for DePauw at the NCAA Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida.
After her time at DePauw, Ali earned a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from IUPUI and spent seven years as an elementary school counselor. She currently serves as Vice President of Sales Operations at Marathon Health, where she has been working for the past decade. She currently lives in Westfield, IN, with her children Tyson and Jorie.
