There are some exciting changes ahead for Purdue Extension!
Beginning in 2027, Purdue Extension is transitioning to a regional service model, allowing Educators to collaborate across county lines and connect communities with even more Purdue expertise, programs, and resources! While some things may look a little different, our commitment to serving local communities remains the same. And don't worry, 4-H will continue to have a local presence in every Indiana county!
As we make this transition, we'll begin sharing news, programs, and events on our new regional page. This page will eventually be phased out, so we encourage you to follow Purdue Extension Central Region to stay informed.
We look forward to growing together!

☀️ Please help us welcome our Purdue Extension Hancock County Summer Interns, Kynsey Hasty and Addison Buckley! ☀️

While they may already be familiar faces around Hancock County 4-H and the fairgrounds, we are excited to officially have them serving as our summer interns this year! Throughout the next few months, they will be helping with youth programs, community events, 4-H activities, and fair preparation.🍀

If you see Kynsey or Addison out at programs, workshops, and around the fairgrounds this summer, be sure to say hello and give them a warm Hancock County welcome! We are looking forward to a fun and impactful summer with these two. 💛🖤

Join us for the Planting Season Pit Stop on Tuesday, May 5, a small way to say thank you during one of the busiest times of the year.

Enjoy a free pulled pork sandwich and sides, delivered right to you in the field or available for pickup at the Hancock County Fairgrounds from 5–7 p.m.
