When we choose to speak up, report harmful behavior, and support those being targeted, we help create safer spaces for everyone.

You witness someone being bullied. Do you stand by and watch, or do you STAND UP and make a difference?

Be an UPstander, NOT a Bystander!

An UPstander is someone who recognizes bullying and takes safe, positive action to help.

✨ Speak up when it's safe.
✨ Offer support to someone being targeted.
✨ Report bullying to a trusted adult or appropriate authority.
✨ Include those who may feel left out.

Remember, you don't have to confront a bully to make a difference. Sometimes, simply showing kindness and seeking help can change someone's day.

DAY 1: AWARENESS STARTS WITH YOU!

Bullying isn't always something you can see. Sometimes, it's the words we hear, the exclusion we feel, or the messages we receive online.

đźš« Know the 4 Types of Bullying:

đź‘Š Physical: Hitting, pushing, or damaging someone's belongings.
🗣️ Verbal: Name-calling, teasing, threats, or hurtful comments.
đź‘Ą Social: Spreading rumors, intentional exclusion, or damaging someone's reputation.
📱 Cyber: Using social media, texts, or online platforms to harass, embarrass, or intimidate others.

Awareness is the first step toward prevention! When we recognize bullying, we can take action to stop it.
