***Students will need to complete the course withdrawal form in the Aggie Hub by 5 pm on July 9, 2026. Faculty will have until 11:59 pm on that day to sign.

Important Summer Session 2 Deadlines:

⏰️ 🚨 TODAY!

Thursday, July 9, 2026: Last day to withdraw from an Individual Course without a grade evaluation.

🔍 Know the Difference:

Course Withdrawal: The form can be found in the Aggie Hub. You remain enrolled in your other classes. (Note: You are limited to a maximum of 16 withdrawal credit hours!)

University Withdrawal: Completely stopping enrollment in ALL courses for the session by submitting an official Withdrawal Form. Deadline- July 13, 2026

⚠️ Before Withdrawing:

Failure to attend class DOES NOT constitute a withdrawal. If you stop going without officially dropping, you will receive a final earned grade. Both actions award a "W" grade on your academic record. This can affect your financial aid and degree progress.

đź’ˇ Always consult your academic advisor and the Office of Student Financial Aid before making a final decision! Aggie Pride!

Advisement Begins TODAY March 9. Plus the Summer/Fall Graduation Application and Readmission Apps Open!

Advisement for the upcoming term begins March 9th! Now is the time to schedule your appointment with your academic and falculty advisors to get personalized guidance on course selection, stay on track for graduation, and make confident choices for next semester.

**Understanding Registration Holds

The University can disallow you to register for the next term's classes for a variety of reasons - e.g., failure to pay fees or to comply with a university requirement. The process of disallowing you to register for classes is called "a hold." The specific department responsible for monitoring compliance with the policies it enforces determines whether a hold is appropriate. A student may, therefore, have holds placed by multiple departments if he/she is non-compliant in more than one area. Fortunately, holds can be removed quickly once you have documented that you are in compliance.

đź“… Set your appointment today! Early planning means better options and a smoother registration experience. Your success starts with advisement!
