It's back to school time for K-12 students, and our UNCG Speech and Hearing Center is staying busy! Last week, professor and Assistant Director of the Speech and Hearing Center, Dr. Lisa Fox-Thomas, went with East Carolina University audiology extern Trenton Barnett to Peck Elementary.
It was part of the Guilford County Schools Healthy Connections for School Readiness events, which brings essential health and school readiness services to families. At this event, the pair conducted hearing screenings for families.
