The Residence Hall Association (RHA) of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is a student-run organization that governs all of the Residence Hall Councils on campus. Established in 1984, RHA was founded in recognition of the need for unity of purpose and clear communication between the individual residence halls. RHA is sponsored by the UNCG Office of Housing and Residence Life. RHA serv
es as a communication line for residential students to meet other residents from the various residence halls on campus, as well as across the state and nation. It is a way for students to become actively involved in the residential community, develop leadership skills, communicate ideas, voice the opinions and concerns of their respective halls, plan both hall and campus activities, and make sure that students have a voice on the policies and issues that affect them. Weekly RHA meetings are held on Monday nights at 7pm in the Shaw Residence hall conference room. These meetings serve as a place for residents to come together and discuss topics of importance to students and to plan fun activities. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time!
