UNCG Cross Country/Track and Field Running and competition is our passion and our strength. We set our sights on chasing intangible limitations. We are mentally disciplined and physically strong.

Using the gifts of our body and the power of our mind, we have the potential to grasp our dreams. We are empowered by the pain we endure in the name of our sport. We are a determined, self-motivated and dedicated team that will persevere without limitations. We continually raise the bar with each successful step. On and off the course we strive to represent our school honorably. We will sustain each other when the miles are long and dark. Our vision is clearly set on establishing a legacy of distance running. Although each stride is individually taken it is done under the banner of ONE TEAM.
