On Thursday evening, the Historical Methods class on the Tomcat Way DC trip: (1) met with Lutheran College Washington Semester Ed Hasecke to learn about Thiel's DC program and internships. Ed took us to see some amazing nearby views and (2) met with some DC Alumni for dinner at the Assembly. They all had a chance to network with alumni. It was a great start to a quick and packed DC trip.

Dr. Donis offered a historical perspective on African American businesses. Devyn Giovengo Gio Made It, Neveah Arnold (Bijoux by Heav), and A. J. Francis () shared their stories.
