And just like that, a new semester is underway.
Campus came back to life today as Pirates headed to class, caught up with friends and settled into the rhythm of a new academic year.

Camryn Gutierrez ’21 closes out our Move-In Memories series. She says being involved helps you make the most out of your time at ECU. Camryn made friends and created lasting memories by joining clubs and organizations, going to games, joining Greek life and finding ways to be engaged with campus life.

Portia Jones ’11 continues our Move-In Memories series. Portia’s biggest advice is to give yourself time to get acclimated during your first year. Learn your campus, understand how things work, and take advantage of the resources available to you. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or seek help when you need it.

We’re continuing our Move-In Memories series with Ian Baer ’13, who played rugby, became an orientation assistant and ECU Ambassador and was elected student body president. For Ian, those experiences were some of the most fun and rewarding parts of college.
