Happy ! Let’s hear from ZTA’s Kate Burress about why she chose to go through recruitment!

“I decided to rush last minute because I felt like I hadn’t found my home at Furman yet. Although I had a lot of friends who did not rush, I never felt like joining a sorority would to create an imbalance, rushing gave me the opportunity to look for what was going to benefit me, what my priorities in friendships and sisterhood were and where I felt at home at. I am so glad I went Greek and I choose to do so again and again! Roll Dins and Go Greek!!”

Happy !! This week hear from Delta Gamma’s Alyssa Sayre about why she chose to go through recruitment and what she has gotten out of Greek life!

"When I first decided to rush, I only did it because a few friends were. However, as I got to talk to different sorority members, I realized that going greek was about finding a home. I realized I wanted to find that connection with a group of girls I shared values with. Going through recruitment brought me to my sisters in Delta Gamma and I couldn’t be more grateful for the home I found.”
