We were thrilled to welcome Lauren Redniss ’92 back to GA!

An award-winning artist and writer and 2016 recipient of a “Genius Grant” from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Lauren spoke with Lower and Middle School students about her work and her book, Time Capsule—a particularly timely topic as we prepare the contents of our own Bicentennial time capsules.

Lauren also shared lunch with a group of Upper School students, offering them the opportunity to hear about her creative journey.

Thank you, Lauren, for inspiring our students and helping us think about the stories we want to preserve for generations to come!
