Wanna Play Bridge I (Kathy Rolfe) am a bridge teacher and director in the Kansas City metropolitan area. I love to teach kids, beginners, or advancing players. Cunard

Looking for bridge lessons? I am a bridge teacher and director in the metropolitan Kansas City area. I specialize in teaching beginners and advancing beginners, especially youth! Help me get into your school! I am a Gold Life Master. I have only played duplicate bridge since 2002 but that is what makes me appreciate the difficulties of social bridge players and what it takes to integrate them into the game of duplicate bridge. I provide community based group lessons, private individual and small group lessons on various topics. I also provide playing lessons. Details about upcoming classes and rate structure can also be found at my website. If you are in the metropolitan Kansas City area, I hope we can find a schedule of classes that will work for you. I am also a club director, directing in my own games and in other games in the Kansas City area. I offer a 1st Wed. afternoon supervised play game in my home. You must sign up ahead of time for both of these games. See my website for details. I can offer classes during school, before or after school or to homeschooled students for FREE! As long as I can teach at least eight 1st through 12th graders for 16 hours total, the classes are free, with my teaching time and class materials paid for by the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). Online classes available! Author of "Wanna Play Bridge the 2/1 Way?" available on Amazon and from Master Point Press

Help me fund raise fo Mo-Kan Bridge Academy. All you have to do is eat!

We have another fun fundraiser scheduled for Mo-Kan. Enjoy a meal out and help us raise money at the same time. Just eat, either dine-in or drive through (not available with online orders) at Arby’s at 150 Hwy and Market St. in Lee’s Summit on Tuesday, Sept. 15. Do that and tell the cashier before you order that it is in support of Mo-Kan Bridge or show them this flyer. We’ll get 20% of the sales that have been made in support of our fundraiser! All day! Eat lunch and dinner! Or maybe a snack! Have you had their peach cobbler sticks! Yum!

We had a mini-ABTA reunion tonight at dinner, from left to right- Sandy Stevens (TX), Sharon Carter (FL), Sarah Sentman (WV), and Kathy Rolfe (MO). All except Sharon are playing bridge in the Jacksonville Sectional Tournament this weekend, but Sharon was nice enough to join us for dinner at Tacolu. Lynne Wenski from Kansas City is partnering with Kathy in the tournament and was nice enough to snap the picture.
