Albert Magarire (senior CIS/Data Science major and HC member) spent his summer interning at Goldman Sachs in Dallas.

As an AI and Cloud Engineering Summer Analyst, Albert worked on manipulating public AI models to use internal non-public information and coding languages in order to maximize their efficiency for Goldman Sachs.

Congrats to Albert on this awesome accomplishment and on his JOB OFFER to continue this work after graduation!

From the classroom to a world-class museum, rising junior Amaiya Nichols is taking her Lander experience to the next level. The international studies major and member of the Lander Dance Team has been named a Sankofa Fellow at the International African American Museum. Through this prestigious fellowship, Amaiya will participate in an immersive leadership experience focused on community engagement, health equity and cultural preservation while gaining hands-on experience in museum operations and community-based service.
