Our students were so thankful to learn from NGU alum Lexi Mycock, PA-C, last week! She presented a patient case on MASLD, highlighting the importance of identifying common risk factors and conducting an appropriate workup. Our students are so grateful for the opportunity to learn from PA-Cs who were once in their shoes!

Our students spent the morning attending the Bon Secours St. Francis Human Trafficking Seminar engaging in conversation surrounding how to recognize, respond, and support victims of human trafficking. It was an incredible opportunity to learn how we can come alongside other medical providers, law enforcement personnel, and victim specialist providers to provide victim-centered and trauma-informed care. We were so thankful for the opportunity to attend!
