Dr. Knauss is a familiar face on campus, in her dual role as an Assistant Professor of English and the Writing Program Coordinator.

And a ✨Bonus Fun Fact✨ is Dr. Knauss is the 2023 Chili Campion of the GMercyU faculty & staff Chili competition, it gets heated🔥

Allow us to introduce the one, the only Dr. Alan Harper, Assistant Dean and Program Coordinator for Management & Finance.

“I like all of the classes I teach, but if I must pick a favorite it would be the Principles of Finance…this course introduces students to the concepts of valuations as it pertains to stocks, bonds and risk analysis.”

Can anyone guess what Dr. Harper’s 2nd favorite class to teach is?! Comment below👇🏼

“My favorite class to teach is Trauma Informed Care…students explore how we can respond to inter generational and complex trauma in ways to promote healing and resiliency.”

Social Work is one of our many majors here at GMercyU that prepares students in a service learning atmosphere to graduate as compassionate care professionals💚💚💚
