The Library serves students, faculty, staff and alumni of Centenary University and the public, who are welcome to use its collection and services. The Library’s collection includes books, DVDs and other media resources, online databases, eBooks and audio books. The Centenary University community may access

resources made available through library partnerships as well. Librarians provide information literacy instruction, research assistance and expertise in accessing, using and documenting information effectively.

Centenary's April Fools' Day tradition has been a vibrant part of campus culture! The student newspapers at Centenary have embraced this fun tradition with special "extra" editions of Spilled Ink, the former college newspaper, being produced as early as the 1950s. These special issues were published in addition to the regular April edition and typically featured cut-and-paste photography alongside outrageous stories about various departments and faculty on campus.

This jovial tradition was forgotten during the transition from Spilled Ink to its successor, The Quill, in the 1980s, and it did not return until the 1990s. It fell by the wayside again in 2017, but the newest Centenary newspaper, the Cyclone Chronicle, has successfully revived it. Making the April Fools' Day editions a cherished annual event once more! 📚👀
