The Hub at USMH: Family Engagement Early Learning Center The Hub @ USMH: connects families with young children to each other and community organizations.

The Hub @ USMH: Family Engagement Early Learning Center is grant funded by Maryland State Department of Education. We are a partnership between Frostburg State University and The University System of Maryland Hagerstown. We offer programs for parents and children to help young people in Washington County be ready for kindergarten.

✨📬 Magic to Your Mailbox! 📚

The Education Foundation of WCPS, in partnership with the County Free Library, is thrilled to announce the official launch of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library Parton’s Imagination Library in Washington County!

This exciting launch was made possible through a grant from the Community Foundation of Washington County Maryland Incorporated — thank you for helping make this dream a reality!

Beginning this fall, children from birth to age five can receive a book every month — mailed right to their home! So far, over 500 children are already signed up, and our goal is to reach 2,500 children within the next year.

We need the community’s support to achieve this goal! If you’d like to help give the gift of reading or register your child for the Imagination Library, please visit 👉 educationfoundationofwcps.org/dolly
