Senior Housing Selection will use group selection numbers.

Students who complete the housing contract and pay the $500 Housing Reservation Fee by the deadline may form a roommate group. Each roommate group will receive one randomly assigned selection number. Students who do not choose roommates will participate as a group of one.

Each group will receive one randomly assigned selection number; each student in the group will have the same number posted on MyHousing.

Each selection number will have a corresponding selection time. Groups will select housing in numerical order based on their assigned selection number.

Selection numbers and corresponding selection time will be posted on MyHousing beginning October 14, 2026, after 2:00 p.m.

Senior Housing Selection will take place on October 16, 2026.

Reminder! To be eligible for the Senior Housing Process for the 2027-2028 academic year, you MUST agree to the Fall 2027/Spring 2028 Housing Contract (please note this is a full academic year contract) available on MyHousing.

Also, you must pay the $500 Housing Reservation Fee. Students who wish to choose roommates must also completed the roommate matching process by October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

The Office of Housing is excited to announce the Senior Housing Selection Process for the 2027–2028 academic year. To be eligible for the Senior Housing Selection Process, the following steps must be completed by October 11, 2026:

1. Agree to the Fall 2027/Spring 2028 Housing Contract (please note this is a full academic year contract) available on MyHousing.

2. Pay the $500 Housing Reservation Fee.

3. Students who wish to choose roommates must also complete the roommate matching process by October 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Important: You must complete the contract and deposit steps by 11:59 p.m. on October 11, 2026 to receive a housing selection number and participate in Senior Housing Selection.
