Quinnipiac University Orientation Program

Quinnipiac University Orientation Program The New Student Orientation Program is designed to acclimate incoming students to Quinnipiac. So each group has its own identity (i.e. the Bobsled group).

New Student Orientation eases the transition to collegiate life and sparks excitement about Quinnipiac. Students quickly get involved by participating in a resource fair, icebreakers, presentations by faculty/staff, and exploring the campus. Students will have the opportunity to connect with faculty from their academic school/college. These folks will explain Quinnipiac's academic requirements and

assist with course registration. When you arrive, you'll be placed into a group of 8-12 fellow students. Each group is led by two upperclassmen Orientation Leaders (OL), and have a group name based on the year’s the Orientation theme. For example, one year the theme was "Olympics" and groups were all types of sports. The theme and your group is something that students hold onto and remember long after they graduate.
