Nikkolas Smith '08, author of The History of We, celebrated his return to his Home By The Sea. Nikkolas was a part of the 1619 African Landing Commemoration Week at Ft. Monroe.

Nikkolas was the film illustrator and concept artist for films such as Sinners, Wakanda Forever and Space Jam 2.

We’re celebrating 5 years of the Men’s Health Fair—and working to make this year bigger than ever!

Join us Saturday, September 12, from 8 am to noon for 5 years, 5 screenings, and a morning focused on early detection and healthier lives.

The event is free and open to the public and will offer cancer screenings for both men and women, along with health resources, a food truck, raffles and more! Bring a friend and help us encourage Hampton Roads to live healthier lives.

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Martha’s Vineyard for an incredible series of events celebrating the spirit, legacy, and future of our beloved institution.

Throughout our time on the island, we were reminded that the strength of Hampton extends far beyond the shores of our historic campus. Whether you joined us for Seas the Moment, Pirates on the Road, the Board of Trustees & Friends Reception, the Martha’s Vineyard HBCU College Fair, At Home with Hampton, or other gatherings throughout the week, your presence helped make this year’s experience truly special.

More importantly, these events provided opportunities to reconnect with fellow Hamptonians, introduce new friends to the Hampton family, celebrate our rich history and culture, and share the exciting momentum taking place at the University.
