The Afro-American Society (AAM) was founded in 1969 as a means to improve the academic excellence of Black students on campus. While the Cutter/Shabazz Center for Intellectual Inquiry is an Academic Affinity House for students, it also houses the Afro-American Society offices.

Feeling… angry? Hurt? Betrayed? Unsafe? Confused? A mix of multiple emotions you can't even identify? Come hash out your feelings over a dinner discussion tomorrow evening at 6 pm. This is part 1 of a 2 part discussion in which elder members of color will be present to provide support as we look to take steps to heal and fix a broken community. Part 1 of this discussion will be divided by gender and part 2 will bring everyone together. Tomorrow at 6 PM. Dinner provided. Location TBD. LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD.
