PENSA at James Madison University

PENSA at James Madison University Non denominational organization at JMU. PENSA is for students who are devoted to (or interested in) understanding the teachings of the Bible.

The purpose of the organization is to enlighten and help students to establish and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and their spiritual life. Also it serves to bring together pentecostal students for social,religious, and philanthropic purposes.PENSA is a Christian organization on the JMU campus committed wholeheartedly to the creation of an environment in which mature Christ-centered

leaders are developed and nurtured for every sector of contemporary society, for the glory of God and the good of the world. We believe that our generation is potentially, by God's grace, one of spiritual and intellectual discovery that seeks to put knowledge into practical action serving other people. As Christians and as students at JMU , it is imperative that we explore and understand the intellectual dimensions of our faith and its astounding relevance to the university and to the world. We love the gospel of Jesus and want to strive to understand it better and live it out more authentically with others.
