IMPORTANT LIVE ON AGAIN! ANNOUNCEMENT!
Spaces are filling fast! We will be closing the Live on Again! contract at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27. Please read below for population-specific information!

RA APPLICANTS AND/OR CURRENT RAs:
ONLY sign the contract if you are committing to live on campus for 2027-28 whether you get an RA job offer OR NOT. If you are ONLY willing to live on campus IF you get the RA job, WAIT TO SIGN (we hold spaces for our RAs separately from our regular upperclass spaces).

GREEK STUDENTS (on-campus):
ONLY sign the contract if you are committing to live on campus for 2027-28, whether you get called to live in your Sorority House OR NOT. If you are ONLY willing to live on campus IF you get a space in your Greek House, WAIT TO SIGN (we hold spaces for our on-campus Greek Students separately from our regular upperclass spaces).

APTS. ON GRACE INFORMATION:
This is NOT a contract for the Apartments on Grace. You are signing an Upperclass Housing Contract for ANY of the Upperclass buildings.

Live on Again! Contracts open TOMORROW, October 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.! Please read the crucial information below and on our website to address many comments and questions we have received.

Immediate email and social media notifications will be sent to announce that contracts are now open for signing!
•
You CANNOT sign your contract for a specific location (Apts. on Grace). This Housing contract is for guaranteeing a space in upperclass housing for 2027-2028. Room selection will take place in April. Details and FAQs can be found in our Lnk.Bio under "Live on Again!"
•
RAs & Greek Students should only sign a contract if they will live on campus, whether they receive an RA Position or space in their Greek house or NOT. They will still be obligated to uphold the contract even if your RA/Greek Housing plans fall through. Spaces for RAs and Greeks are separate contracts that are held for those offers.
•
Please hold phone calls, email, and messages about if/when the contract will open tomorrow. Immediate notification will go out to students as soon as it is open. STUDENTS: Please monitor your email and social channels to receive this notification.

Live on Again! Contracts open OCTOBER 1, 2026!
Contracts will open at 10:00 a.m. and will remain open until all spaces are filled. An immediate email and social media notification will go out when it is open.
Students should only sign as soon as they are certain they want to live on campus for the 2027-2028 academic year as this is a legally binding contract.
•
RAs & Greek Students:
You should only sign this contract if you are 100% committed to living on campus, whether you receive a job offer/greek housing offer or NOT. You will still be obligated to uphold your Live on Again! Contract even if your RA/Greek Housing plans fall through.
•
Help us meet our goal of having everything ready on time on the 1st. Please wait for email and/or social notification that will be sent out as soon as contracts open. You will not need to contact our office to ask if the contract is open.
