Promoting the success of people of color in the legal community, on the law school campus, and in society as a whole �

Black Law Students Association (BLSA) articulates and promotes the professional needs and goals of black law students. BLSA is committed to fostering and encouraging professional excellence among black attorneys and to focus upon their relationships with the American legal system. BLSA works to instill in black law students a greater awareness of their role as lawyers in the black community. Members also work to encourage law schools, legal fraternities and associations to use their expertise and influence to bring about change in the legal system in order to make it responsive to the needs of the black community.

October is known for pumpkin patches and haunted houses but it's also the perfect month for outlining! 🍁 Join us this Wednesday at 12:30pm in the Student Lounge (Lib 413) for October is for Outlining ✍️

Professor Fischl and Professor Mclean will discuss their outlining and exam prep tips. BLSA's very own Morgan Clark, Tashieka Sangster, and Paige Pray will discuss their outlines from IP, Con Law, and Family Law.

Lunch will also be provided, so don't miss out!

Yesterday, some of our members attended the Connecticut Academic Retreat hosted by NEBLSA ⚖️ Our Vice President and NEBLSA's Convention Coordinator Paige Pray even hosted a panel!
