Happy Wednesday with Morgan Cashwell & Ryleigh Carter from MC ‘23!! From walking the stage together in high school to doing it again this December!💕
“Morgan and I became best friends our senior year of high school, where we got close dancing together. That friendship constantly grew throughout our time as freshmen year roommates, and running home together. When I talk about why I went through recruitment, she is the first person I bring up. It’s because of her that I chose to go through recruitment and ultimately found my forever home. She is a person I know I can always go to whenever I need anything, and I am so endlessly proud of not only the woman but the leader she has become throughout her time in Alpha Chi. Although our time in the chapter is coming to a close, I know that Morgan is a sister I will always have whenever I need her, and I’m so lucky that I get to close this chapter of my life with the person who started it all for me!”
“Ryleigh and I came to college together and were freshman year roommates, so I have gotten to experience so many of my favorite college memories with her from the very beginning. Starting college can be such a big transition, but having her by my side made it feel so much more like home. We have laughed together, made so many great memories, been there for each other through different seasons, and watched each other grow throughout college. Ryleigh is someone who has always been so easy to love and so easy to be myself around. She is the kind of friend who makes the people around her feel comfortable, cared for, and valued, and I am so thankful that college gave me a friendship like ours! Love you Ryleigh!!”
