Last but not least, we are excited to introduce Sylvia White! Sylvia is a senior Conservation Biology major with a Chemistry minor from Watson, Louisiana. 🌿🧪

Outside of Southern Style, Sylvia is a student-athlete on the Southern Miss T&F, XC team as well as a variety of different organizations! Whether it be the College Panhellenic Council or being a part of the Honors College, her involvements have helped her build lifelong friendships, strengthened her confidence, and helped her learn the importance of being a strong support system for others.

Teddy’s favorite spot on campus is Spirit Park because it brings people together and fosters a sense of community! Whether students are heading to class, attending a SouthernMissActivitiesCouncil event, or just spending time outside, he loves how it creates a space for connection and excitement.

Lani chose Southern Miss because of the opportunities it offered and the way it made her feel truly seen from the very beginning! Isaiah’s favorite thing about Southern Miss is its size, which allows students to build meaningful connections with faculty, staff, and classmates while still meeting new people every day! Ava has wanted to serve on Southern Style since her own orientation, where she looked up to her leaders and the impact they had on her.
