A huge Phi Alpha and so much love to SC Gamma alum Paul Marley '14 - the youngest Vice Chair in Cushman & Wakefield's history.

Paul earned the BA at Wofford with a major in government and a minor in business. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, he has been directly involved in the sale of over 65,000 units -- an aggregate value in excess of $6 billion.

And a humble note from SC Gamma's advisor who is crafting this message... Paul taught me a great deal about life and how to do my job (student success) well. What a blessing to call him a brother and friend.

Valued Alumni of ΣAE SC Gamma Chapter,

I hope this reaches you well. As many of y’all know, this weekend —October 29th through November 1st— is Wofford’s annual Homecoming, and we have a full weekend planned. Our schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Friday:
7 PM - 10 PM: RJ Rocker’s Brewery
RJ Rocker’s is a local brewery and restaurant owned by John Bauknight, uncle to brothers Heyward Mcphail (’23) and Campbell Wildrick (’23).
We will have a tent outside the brewery for Alumni with our own private bartender; it will be a cash bar. Some food will be provided, but it is recommended you have dinner before or after.
11 PM: ΣAE House
Reconvene at the ΣAE House.

Saturday:
11 AM: Tailgate behind ΣAE House
Several Alumni of our chapter have offered to sponsor a tailgate directly behind our house. Some food will be provided, but you may want to bring your own drinks and chairs. Anyone who has a spot near the ΣAE House or is willing to contribute to said tailgate is encouraged to contact Margaret Bauer at (803-917-6244) in order to coordinate details.
7-10 PM: Jupiter Coyote Concert at RJ Rocker's
After the football game, we will be reconvening at RJ’s where Jupiter Coyote —a band consisting of SC Gamma alums— will be performing.
9:30 PM: The Stews at ΣAE House
After the concert at RJ Rocker’s, we will also be hosting a live band —The Stews— at our house.

Also, we are still in need of funding for house refurbishments, such as new couches as well as a new pool table. If you are at all interested in supporting us in our efforts to refurbish and improve our house, you can donate through Zelle; just search Stephen Holderness (8438103290), our Eminent Treasurer. If you would rather pay through check, please write to SC Gamma Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, addressed via mail to Boyce Lawton, 429 North Church St. Spartanburg, SC 29303. Any sort of donation is greatly appreciated and will make a difference in the chapter’s ability to effectively operate and flourish in the future.

Speaking on the behalf of all actives of our ΣAE Gamma Chapter, I would once again like to extend my gratitude for your continued support. We are excited for all of y’all’s return to campus this weekend!

Phi Alpha,
SC Gamma Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon
