FHSU Students -

Tonight (Tuesday, September 8th at 5:00 pm) we are holding a "Fraud Club" meeting in MC 231.

This student organization has been dormant for several years, but with the new degree in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation rolling out this fall, there appears to be a lot of interest in getting the organization up and running again. So, let's do this thing!

Technically, the organization is called the FHSU Student Chapter of the ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) - but that's a lot to say, so we historically, people have referred to us as "The Fraud Club."

Fraud Investigation is truly multidisciplinary, and you will find fraud examiners in all business-related fields, as well as computer science and criminal justice related fields. The organization is open to anyone who has an interest in learning more about identifying, investigating, prosecuting, and preventing financial crimes.

If you are interested in learning more, being a founding member, and/or taking a leadership role, please drop and learn more about the benefits of being a student member of the ACFE as well as scholarship and Internship opportunities that are available through the ACFE.

Then, after learning more about The Fraud Club, come join the Criminal Justice Club at 6:30 in Rarick 155!
